Can't tune channels in MCE 2005

I just installed xp media centre 2005 on my pc , all works great except I can't get any channels tuned in. is there any set up I can run that tunes the channels and sets them to their corresponding numbers? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Let's start with
1. Card type and brand
2. Driver version

Go from there.

(Channel numbers can be matched to channels within MCE after tuning.
