MCE Autoscan is VERY slow

hey guys, just finally got mce and my tv tuner working together, now trying to scan channels in mce its taking AGES!!! I have MCE with SP3 and a compro videomate t750f.

Any ideas?

BTW, by ages i mean, nearly an hour and only up to 2%!!
