Channel 7 HD gone AWOL

Hi all.

Excellent resource this site. I hope to one become proficient enough to help other.

I am not too sure where to look (or what to search for) with this inquiry, so please fell free to point me to another link if it is available. Thanks.

When I go into Media Centre, I can see all my channels, and there are ticks next to the ones I use. I have a tick next to Prime Northern HD (60 I think it is - not near the machine right now), as do the other channels. When I flick through my channel list though, this one never appears.

I hope this makes sense.

Any ideas on how I can get this channel to appear?

Thankyou for your assistance.
