Playback Intitialization Error with HD TV

Hi Guys,
I have recently installed XP Media Centre Edition with SP2 and rollup 2 and then let it do its automatic updates from there. The PC is a P4 2.4ghz with 1gb RAM and a Kworld (Vstream) 100 tuner. The trouble I am having is that when a HD TV channel is chosen it comes up with the "Playback Initialization Error.......restart media centre", Sometimes it freezes but most of the time I can just choose another channel without a problem. SD channels are fine (not sure about 7 yet as it hasn't tuned it in yet). I have installed Power DVD 7 for the codecs etc and also tried ffdshow. The reason I find this strange is that I had the same tuner and MCE version on my Mame PC which is only a P4 2ghz 512 RAM and onboard video and it worked fine.....a bit jumpy on HD TV but it worked. I don't think its a tuner issue. ABC HD and SBS HD are fine also. Any help would be great, all I want to do is use it to schedule recordings to then play on my XBMC setup. Soon I will be building a dedicated HTPC to play on my projector but wanted to learn how to setup MCE properly 1st.

Cheers,

Simon
