Syncing Recordings to vista pcs over lan

I'm not really sure where to put this, so i put it here.

Is there a way where i can keep my tv tuner in my mce comp, but control recordings and sync it to my vista pc

In short yes.

Have a read about WebGuide and sharing the "Recorded TV" area. WebGuide has its own web site, but there are also plenty of posts around here. The "Recorded TV" issue has plenty of posts around it, just use the great search functions on this site and I'm sure you will find out all about both.
