Unhappy My MCE 2005 has Crashed

Goodaye, I'm having trouble finding help for my problem? Maybe it's because I'm a person with a disability (Brain condition), having had a number of strokes. My MCE 2005 has Crashed and I can't even get a crash report. It will come up and then a flicker and crash. Can you adopt a pensioner and guide me to where my help is. As my MCE is my only TV for viewing.

Re: My MCE 2005 has Crashed

The crash log should be in

c:\windows\ehome\ and should be called something like ehshell.crash

Neither do I unfortunately, but if you copy and paste the contents here, there might be something that stands out.

Re: My MCE 2005 has Crashed

Looks like a bad upgrade, because of different build numbers.
Did you apply any service packs recently?

Ok, try to follow this article

Tell us if you have any problems.

It looks like the .Net framework corrupted.

Guys, some of you are programmers, are any simple ways of fixing .Net bad installs issues?
