Anyone got FM radio working with MCE

Hello People,

Newbie here, wandering if anyone has got MCE working with a FM radio card.

No biggy, just wandering.

I have done a few searches through the forums, and some have said it is not doable. Just thought i would confirm.

Thanks

Adam
New MCE up and going great guns. Loving it. Building two new ones now, so doing a little more research.

Re: Anyone got FM radio working with MCE

I think your question should have included with a Digital TV Card.
No, it's not possible as MCE treats it as an analogue tuner and we all not that analogue and digital won't mix.

OK - Similar question different take...

Is it possible to stream radio over the internet via MCE (like Online Spotlight or More Programs)?

I see this as being a great option as you can get stations from anywhere in AUS or the around the world and also get some AM channels too.

Re: Anyone got FM radio working with MCE

You can get something called MSN Radio but I'm not sure what stations you get.
I had a bit of a play with this a while ago but the sound quality was crap.

Hi AshW,

Have a look at the "My Web Media" plugin to set your steams up and check here for a list of stations.

Cheers

Re: Anyone got FM radio working with MCE

Still haven't been able to download my web media from the web-site. I have tried registering via a couple of e-mail adresses, sent them a couple of e-mails and still no go. I'd really like to install this plugin. If someone has it can you please send me a PM and maybe arrange a way of grabbing a copy...

Assistance appreciated
