DVD playback issue?
Hi all,
Look I am very new to Media centers so please bear with me!
I have yet to setup the TV part of my Media center (Vista Home Premium edition), but I am having issues with DVD play back quality.
The issue is that when I put in 1 of my DVD's it appears to be playing it like if it was one of those low quality NTSC type DVD's if you know what I mean. The colours are not good and it seems to suffer from ghosting or slowness. I am using a LG Flatron wide screen TV (CRT) and I feel it might have something to do with the software encoder or something. I am only using the inbuilt Vista dvd play back as well.
Also I have had some issues playin some Divx videos I have. They work fin on a PC but when I try to play them with in the media center itself it generates a error and says it can no long proceeed. It does not seem to give me a error code or anything!
Anyhelp will be much appricated.
