Missing Settings

Well some of you may have seen my post below of getting no picture.
After some research i have found that apparently i am missing settings.
I have no option to scan for channels and when i chose an antenna under the settings in the guide it says ok and thats that. No searching or scanning just back to the guide settings screen.

I need help. Am i really missing settings? Why cant i scan for channels like a normal TV?

Bugz.
