Exclamation no live tv audio - newbie to HTPC :-)

Hi All,
I have just finished installing MCE, loaded all the updates for MCE - including ru2, and installed all the xp updates..
I dont get any audio when watching live tv. if i recored the channel then play back, i have audio.
I I watch the tv channel with software that came with the tv tuner cards - leadtek winfast DTV1000T cards (I have 2) i get live audio..
are there additioanl codec I need to install? or some audio tick box somewhere Im missing??

also, I lost channel 10 over night - I installed the latest MCE update on the microsoft website and now channel10 is no longer being detected :-(

thanks for any help people can give.

regards
Bryan

Have you tried a re-scan?

One golden rule: when your MCE rig is working fine, switch off automatic updates. You still can manually update security updates if you want to.
