MisterP,
Yep - reasonably striaght forward
1. Downloaded and installed Broadstars software encoders from this thread - couldn't be easier
2. Did a quick check in MCE to see if "analogue" selection was available in 'Start Menu - Settings - TV - Setup Tv Signal - YES - Next - Yes (aus region) - Next - Antenna - Analogue or digital, I didn't select anything or proceed past this point, just closed MCE.
3. Followed wixkidder's
thread here post #30 is the best instruction.
4. As I only wanted FM radio (no Pay TV worries), Step SIX of wixkidders instructions should be, FOR FM RADIO USERS ONLY go 'Start Menu - Settings - TV - Setup Tv Signal - YES - Next - YES (Aus region) - Next - Antenna - Select Analogue - Next - TWO TUNERS - NEXT - Return to TV settings - FINISH' and do not scan channels or setup guide, exit MCE.
5. Follow remaining steps in wixkidders instructions. FM radio should be available to select + Digital, I did a reboot to ensure it all worked.
6. Just need to check the priorities given to each tuner, eg - if one channel is recording then FM rado can't be used, if Live TV is just being watched then FM radio can be switched to.
Hope this helps.
