Motherboard Monitor & MCE2005

All,

I remember seeing somewhere that there was a plugin with Motherboard Monitor that works with MCE2005. Does anyone have a link for this and or tried it?

Re: Motherboard Monitor & MCE2005

Hey,

The only plug-in I am aware of for Motherboard Monitor with Media Center is via VFD support with the VL System's VFD and VFD management software, which supports Motherboard Monitor... http://www.vlsys.co.kr/

Examples of it's settings can be seen here... http://www.extrememhz.com/mplay202-p2.shtml

The only other plug-in I am aware of supporting Motherboard Monitor is the My Status plug-in... but that is for MediaPortal.

If you find anything else, let us know... I must admit though - I am no longer using Motherboard Monitor as development has stopped some time ago... have switched to SpeedFan (http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php).

What are you actually looking for in a plug-in? I personally would rather see this sort of information on a VFD - rather than have to go to a program in MCE...

frenzz.

Re: Motherboard Monitor & MCE2005

I guess I was looking for an on screen pop up that worked with MCE2005 that notified you of set temperature breaches and system overheating. Would be a nice plug in indeed. Oh well will keep on looking!
