Schedule power on?

Hi, is there a way to schedule MCE to return from Standby? I have MCE Standby running OK but I would like to schedule it to power on at 7am every morning.

I know you can schedule a task to run at a certain time and have it wake the PC, but not sure what task to set. Do I get it run MCE?
