Angry Transcode 360: Communicating With Transcode 360 Failed

Hey guys i have Transcode 360 1.6.3 Installed and everything was running sweet till today i loaded it and everytime i click on "Watch Stream" inside My Movies i get the error "Communicating With Transcode 360 Failed" Anyone know how to fix this error?

I just cant see the point in using it when the dashboard works just fine for me.

Fair enuf, while I too would like divx/xvid support in the MCE interface, the fact that it is easy to use the dashboard to play them prevents me from mucking about with transcoding.
