No audio playing over MCX, but plays locally in VMC
The XBOX360 as a media centre extender never ceases to amaze me!
A while ago, the kids got some KFC kids meals and were given some free DVDs of Ben 10 and other cartoon shows. So, I ripped them using DVD Shrink and placed them on the Dell machine.
I checked they the rip was successful by executing VMC on the Dell and no issue playing the kids cartoons.
So I happily start up the Xbox360 so the kids can watch the cartoons. So I navigate to the files using the MCX interface, and start playing a file... and as the title says, the file plays the video alright, but no audio.
Can anyone explain this scenario?
