When watching "Live TV" on my 360 ....

the other day I was watching the news on SBS via the 360 (while making dinner) live and the GF turned on the lounge room system where the VMC box lives and when she turned on "live tv" it defaulted to SBS also .... however when she changed channels it changed my channel on the 360 to watch she had selected!

I was able to change back to SBS without affecting what she was watching but before I did so I noticed there was an icon with what looked like an arrow pointing to a tv screen in the top left hand corner of the EPG info bar which went away when I changed back to SBS.

This only seemed to happen when the 360 activated live tv before the VMC Box, is there anyway It can select another tuner if the 360 is already using one? ( I have 5 so no shortage!)
