copy image in to RCData for RECORDEDTV backdrop
to do this copy image in rcdata rename recordedtv then past image back that you copied now past your image in to recorded tv image

make a copy of EXTENSIBILITY.BACKGROUND.XML rename to RECORDEDTV.BACKGROUND.XML and past EXTENSIBILITY.BACKGROUND.XML back into html
edit RECORDEDTV.BACKGROUND.XML change background="image(Common.Background.png)" to background="image(BD.RECORDEDTV.PNG)
goto RECORDEDTV.BROWSEPAGE.XML and change <backgroundpage url="COMMON.BACKGROUND.XML"/> to RECORDEDTV.BACKGROUND.XML

have made a patch to do video recordedtv pictures music radio movies you will need to put your own images in

Different Background for each media type
run the run the patch on the media center studio backup file

have made a new patch with this one the images are stored in C:\ProgramData\mediacenter
so you just run the patch and edit the images in C:\ProgramData\mediacenter no need to use Media Center Studio for this
