if you are using the black theme though youre prbably better off leaving your desktop black ? Even on the purely MCE rigs I dive into Vista a bit too much to put it into lock n leave mode

Good Job installed last night on my poratble( LAN Box)

I renamed the .dll to .dll.blu
anyways after a few weeks of not installing updates i decided to install the pending 9 updates, one of which included something for mediacentre

apon reboot i loaded up VMC and guess what its blue ?!?!
Go figure! it had removed the black dll and replaced it with the blueone my .dll.blu file was still sitting there aswell

re downloaded made a backup of it this time

Im having trouble implementing this in x64. I think it has something to do with taking ownership I get an error code which turns out to be one of those really common and nebulous ones no one has a straight answer for. As well, its not on my main mce rig, so will get by

might try Blizo's app to see if it has teh same difficulty.

If anyone his having success with x64 let me know !

No probs here, Vista ultimate. Loving it, it looks very classy.

My common-law wife even noticed the difference. She thought it was "nice".

Just an Update There will be a new Version of this theme In the next week or so, it's just tweaking a few things eg blue overlay and Colour offsets ect.. in the theme and Its taking longer to edit than to make a whole new theme as I have to change one thing then go into mce check it and on and on. (I should of just made the whole thing over ) Thanks for the feedback and I will keep you posted

For x64 users who may be having troubles...I got it working on x64 by setting all the UAC options to default on the group policy/security options and re-enabling UAC.
