Evangelos Hadjichristodoulou a Microsoft MVP has posted a great tool for Windows Home Server to wake up a sleeping PC that supports Wake on Lan, which will be great when a machine is sleeping when you want to remote control it.

Pity Media Center does not support Wake on Lan though !!!
How do you mean ? I wol my MCE all the time. It's just the windows that needs to be running. After that I use VNC to remote control the actual application.
