I'm a little confused from the last few posts on this thread.

MS have kept the details (and in fact the existance) of Fiji/Media Centre Upgrade secret all along. So how come user mikehayton who says he is from the Media Centre Team is revealing details of the upgrade? Or has an official announcement been made now?

The main reason was because I dont think it spills any beans of significance.

This thread is already talking about: WTV, how WTV breaks all the tools, how Microsoft's just doing it so they can add extra DRM. My post was to clarify that we didnt change the format to break your tools or add extra DRM. There's no desire in the Media Center team to do this.
