Thumbnail size change and sort order

I've been searching for days to find a way to change the thumbnail size in video library.
It's currently displaying 3 rows of thumbnails with the large thumbnail. I would love to get it to display two rows of bigger size thumbnails. I didn't see anything in the registry that i can change to affect the thumbnail size....

I also need to sort the list by date except the most recent file should be listed first instead of olderest to newest order.

Lastly, does anyone know how the media center generates the thumbnail? From what i've seen, it looks like the thumbnail is being generated with frame group at 30-45 seconds into the video. Do you know if it's configurable so i can force the media center to generate the thumbnail with any frames from first 10 seconds of the video?

Nope, you can't do it.

If you want to create your own thumbnails, you can do so by creating a jpg and calling it <filename>.jpg
