Unhappy At a total loss. Ch7 Ch9 Ch10

Hi guys... long time member here... never really needed to ask for help much because my setup has been solid for many years.

Basically my rig is an Intel DP35DP board with a core2duo, and a Terratec 2400i DT (dual tuner) TV card, all with Vista Ultimate. Ive had this setup for well over 2 years (upgraded the motherboard mid last year) everything has been peachy until now.

Starting the other day I lost Channel 7. I thought it was strange... so I tried to rescan for it and it picked up every other channel except Channel 7.

So after much playing around, I gave in and reloaded Vista from scratch. After installing all the appropriate drivers etc. I did my first scan and it found all the channels and was working great. Today I go into my MCE to watch some telly, and First of all Ch 7 is there but I get a "No signal" screen. Then I went to Ch 9, I also get no signal and finally Ch 10 is much the same. Tried both SD and HD and I get the no signal error.

Ive tried uninstalling my drivers for my tuner and reinstalling them, when I scan the channels it picks up all but Ch7. However it will still not playback any live 9 or 10. SBS and ABC have been unaffected by this.

The only things that ive done to the box after installing Vista from scratch is loading mymovies2, ffdshow, IceTV and the mkv splitter.

Totally dont understand whats going on here, im in the centre of Perth CBD. Ive also run ScanChannelsBDA_UK.exe and it picks up all channels except Ch7. The signal quality shown is mostly 100% on nearly all channels.

Is there a way to completely clear Vista's database of scanned channels/frequencies? Will that even help in this situation? Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Re: At a total loss. Ch7 Ch9 Ch10

Hi, i have the same tuner, though I use terratecs cinema to watch tv.
Have you tried it with the cinema software to see if the result is different?
vmc can have issues with dual tuner cards, though it's odd why this has all gone awol on you??
Terratec's latest beta software and bda driver is working perfect for me in the basics of watching, recording/while watching, schedule /with s3 sleep resume - resleep.
Not bug free in all departments though.

The latest bda beta driver [all os's] is available here
ftp://ftp.terratec.de/Receiver/Ciner..._1.1.0.284.exe

The latest beta viewer is available here
