in the terms and conditions it asks for a ORIGINAL recipt for the system.... soo.... technicaly u can only buy XP OEM pre loaded on a new PC then if u just buy it over the counter then MS are gonna know about it soooo 1 they can shoot the retailer.... 2 they can say nooooo in the T&C it says pre loaded so rather then being free upgrade its now $199 the payment has allready been debited from ur CC and ur new copy of vista will be there in 5-7 working days

have fun
(u have to enter ur CC details online to get a "order confirmation number" to write on the forum to then send to MS)(so say hello S*** creek and here is ur paddle)
what u need is a shonky dealer that will sell u a new "PC" on ur invoice so u can get a copy of XP home on it to

then u pay for XP and they reverse the invoice for the PC
