This util can only deal with OEM apps - i.e. those registered in the windows registry. The menu items you mention are built directly into the Media Center dlls.
I am currently working on an app that will allow you to delete, reorder and move the built in menu items around, but a beta of this will probably be another couple of weeks away at the very earliest. If you're interested in doing this manually, have a look at this thread.
No, this app can only deal with 3rd party apps. As I said in my last post, i'm in the process of writing an app that *will* allow you to make modifications to the built in menus.
I'm afraid I won't be spending any more time on bugfixes with this app as I would rather spend the time on the new one.
Keep us posted on the progress of the new app. When you get it ready for beta, I would definitely be interested.

Now if only the girlfriend also had an inclination to use my time to code, this would be done a whole lot quicker...
Chicks man.......
Mine decided it would be good to fall pregnant and so that has put a whole heap of my time to tinker on the back burner (although I do get the odd minute here and there).

I'm surprised you've got any time at all, then!
I've attached a quick progress shot - not all this is fully functional yet, but it's coming along nicely. Drag & drop to move items around between strips, uncheck the strip to disable it.
