epg timing issue

i am having an issue with the timing of the eog. i have stup the epg as per the sticky (thanks it was a great help). When i view the guide it shows the programs which are 17 hours ahead.i.e. when its 8pm the guide is showing programs that are due to be on at 1pm the next day.

has anyone else had a similar problem or know how i can fix this problem. its annoying as i cant see whats on now in the guide. the time in vista is ok and current and i can't find any options in media centre to change the current time. also when i signed up with epgstream i made sure to change the time zone to sydney (GMT +10)
