ATI HD 4550 Black Screen

Last night after corrupting my Vista Media Center install I decided to take the leap and upgrade to Windows 7 RC.

After the install and installing the latest Catalyst 9.6 drivers when ever I try to watch mpeg2 content (live tv, recorded tv) all I get is a black screen.

Can someone help me before I take a hammer to my system???

Regards,

Adam

Re: ATI HD 4550 Black Screen

I needed to take a hammer to me it seems, as it seems the card was not fully seated in slot.
