Catalyst 8.5 release. There's a heap of stuff regarding Displays and media playback fixes.

There are a couple of specific fixes for 2400 series, they are...
  • The ATI Graphics Power Settings can now be changed in the Power options on system running Windows Vista and containing an ATI Radeon™ HD 2400 series of product. Further details can be found in topic number 737-34234
  • The Windows Vista operating system no longer fails to resume from suspend mode when the HDMI display device is set to 1024x768 60Hz.on systems containing an ATI Radeon™ HD 2400 series of product. Further details can be found in topic number 737-32549
