winfast dtv 1000s how to setup

dear friends i am a 70 years old man who want to transfer old videtape to dvd in a computer the only big problem is the manual of the software.due to my reduced knoledge of the computer i cant setup the video card.is there is someone in the mood to help me i will apreciate any help.i can print de answer y get my daughter to do the job. thanks mario.wait there is more i am running a computer gigabyte pentium 4
