k world card problem

hi i have just installed a kworld dvb-t pci card in an old computer
it all seemed top load except that i cant find any channels when it scans
i am using the same coax as i do for my own htpc in a leadtek 2000h card so the signal does go through
i am at a loss to why i cant find channels
hopefully someone has this card and can help me
