Could it be Audio drivers... No Commentary on PES2008

Really, this is rather interesting.. i don't seem to get John's Champion & partner commentary when i play the PES2008 soccer game. I'm running MCE 2005 XP and have the AverMedia A169 PAL TV Tuner... On game menu commentary is set to Yes, and volu is maximum... Is it audio drivers
