Question Comments on ATI HIS x1050 AGP?

I need a new AGP video card with TV out. I'd like something cheap that will hopefully also work with Vista in the future. (I know the Nvida 5200's are cheap, but they don't officially support vista and the TV out with cracked inf drivers seems pretty terrible under vista).
I want something quiet too (ie. no fan preferably).
I've found the HIS x1050 for about $55 (and no, please don't suggest a mobo/ram and vid card update).
Any comments on this card from anyone who has one?
