how do I watch youtube videos in mce05

From searching I have found that I can download my favourite you tube videos and put them on to my hard drive. (don't know legal implications of this). If I change these videos to divx or xvid which I can normally watch through ffdshow codec in my videos no problem but for some reason I can't see you tube videos in the my videos interface.

What am I doing wrong?

If anyone has solution to this problem and cannot be talked about on this site feel free to pm me.

Also if they use a program to convert from flash to divx ---what is the best?

Regards Jestroy
