Any DVRMStoolbox whizzes out there?

i recently had to restore my C drive using aronis and some apps that were on E drive - like DVRMS toolbox were affected. I had recently got it working well for the first time with Crunchie and now it wont reinstall. Have clean up the previous install using the windows clean up tool but when i try to install toolbox it says 'failed at the commit phase' and the install rewinds. Can anyone help - please?
