where can i find the television recording settings in media center?

I'm doing a system restore and I dont want to have to re-enter all the 22 tv programs (and their individual settings) into my scheduled recordings. Where can i find the television recording settings for media center, and are all the scheduled recordings in a file I can copy somewhere now and paste back after the restore?

Recordings.xml

You didn't say XP or Vista, so I can't give you the exact path, just search out the file. It will be in .....\Microsoft\ehome\recordings\Recordings.xml (off the top of my head).
