TV files corrupted - why?
On Thursday night I scheduled a show to be recorded on Saturday night because I wasn't home for Saturday as I was going out. On the Monday I came back and the files weren't in MCE Recorded TV, Media Player TV. I checked the Documents and Settings/All Users/Shared Documents/Recorded TV/ folder and there were two files with extensions of .corrupt and .recovering
Why would the files become corrupted? Is it because someone switched off the computer and decided to not stop the recording, a power outtage maybe? I don't know why it did this, but I don't want it to happen again.
