In all the docus I've read -ie. Bagvant's blogs & forums, Wiki etc- never does it state into which directory should you put the Comskip files; if you're not using GB-PVR.
To cover ALL bets, I put them into the following:
1) ehome root directory
2) DVRMSToolbox root directory
3) DVRMSToolbox\CommercialsXML folder
To paraphrase one of your own ads:
"where in the bloody hell are you supposed to put these bloody things!!!!!!!!!"
