Laptop TV Tuners - Which is best?

Guys, my inlaws want to use their Vista Dell Laptops to watch TV and I wondered which tuner cards you could recommend ?

They have USB, Firewire and PCMCIA slots and have a standard aerial to connect to but would prefer to avoid doing so if they could use an aerial on the tuner itself

But they want a decent quality picture and if reception is not clear they would accept pluuging in the house aerial cable.

There is no Set top box involved and they watch the standard free to air channels.

Thanks

This is hard to beat: http://www.digitalnow.com.au/product.../TinyTwin.html

Forget about using the little stick antenna - they're for strong UHF channels only (we mainly use VHF in the cites & our UHF signals aren't that strong).

Second that - the TinyTwin is one of the most enjoyable toys I have ever bought - the other one is the iPhone
