I'm building my first HTPC and I need help with which tuner card to get. I'm going to use an Antec NSK1480 with Vista MC, so the tuners need to be Low-Profile. The problem is that I live in South Africa, and our great guavament is only starting to go from analogue to digital signal from the beginning of November this year. They will be broadcasting both analogue and digital till end of 2011. I would rather get a digital tuner now instead of analogue. I have heard good things about the ATI TV Wonder Elite and the Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-500 MCE. Do you get these cards in Low-Profile, and do they work with Vista MC?
