Extreemly Dissapointed need urgent help

Hey guys,

Today I purchased a Pinnacle PCTV Dual DVB-T Diversity Stick (Dual Tuner) to run on my windows VMC. After a lot of mucking around I was able to install drivers (which just hung) and the TVC Pro 4 that it comes with didn't work properly. I decided to load up VMC to find that the tuner was being found and worked fine with VMC. I was able to record 2 channels at once or one and watch another.

I went on the hunt for better software from pinnacles website and finally found one that worked. Now being disgusted with the quality of the software decided that I would suffice with VMC as it works and works well. I go back and I watch a bit of live tv and it's fine, then I decide I want to tape something whilst watching something else and it just won't do it. I get a black screen and then shortly after there is a message to say that there is no signal.

I decide to confront this head on and re-installed windows (fine by me needs to be done every now and then) however I am faced with the same thing. I have installed the Pinnacle software and am able to watch 2 different channels at the same time etc. (but once again their software is crap).

Please someone help me get this working. I really love VMC and I'm sure along the way someone out there has had a similar problem and they know how to fix it.

In addittion to this I must explain that VMC is detecting both tuners.
