need tuner to to connect my set top box

Hi,
I have my media PC connected to 32" CRT FLAT TV through s-Video connection.
I want to connect my set top box to tv card so that I can watch encrypted channels in my area.

which card will give high quality picture though s-video/composite input connection ?
I tried MSI analogue TV@anywhere but the picture quality is bad. I need as goog as the quality I got when I connect the receiver box to the Tv directly.

I'm doing some search on ATI TV Wonder™ HD 650 COMBO USB for PC:

Not sure what cards will be better for you, but you should realise that you are dealing with analogue signals here, and each transform process will degrade the signal. I doubt that you will ever get the signal to be as good as when you run it straight from you set top box to the TV.
