I am happy to run your card through its paces, but I would require 3 of them as I run multiple cards at present.

And if you want to sell in volume, I'd say msy pushes the most stock of any computer hardware store in australia... and god knows they need a decent tuner card on their price list. As far as stores go THEY are your way to reach the masses (I don't know if you'd need a distributor as well to get to other stores).
