Realtek Audio won't show in Compro Videomate T750

System - Mobo=Abit KN9 SLI, Vista Ultimate, Compro Videomate T750

Realtek Audio won't show as the audio source in the Videomate so I cannot control the audio using the remote control although Realtek HD is the audio source (via optical cable from the mobo). The TV card actually shows the microphone on my webcam as the audio source !! Because of this I have tried re-installing everything from scratch, firstly the Realtek HD audio drivers, then the Videomate which then has audio controllable through my amp and the audio input on the Videomate shows blank, then I install the webcam and suddenly the webcam mike becomes the audio source for the Videomate. To me it is pretty obvious from this that the Videomate doesn't see the Realtek HD as the audio source, this is backed up when I try to use the Compro DVD bundle which comes up with "no volume control", also the FM radio won't work at all.

Any ideas much appreciated as I am tearing my hair out. This TV card is good but I would not recommend it in Vista, or maybe should I say, I wouldn't recommend Vista, as the TV card has had good reports working in XP.
