Question No TV Signal

Howdy,
I have a DVico DVB T dual digital 4 tuner that gives me 100% signal when using FusionHDTV but when I use Vista MC I get "no tv signal" even though it has scanned plenty of channels.

Also when using ScanChannelsBDA i get the following output on all frequencies:

# Nothing found on 816500kHz, trying +125
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
, trying -125
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
# signal locked = N present = N strength = 0 quality = 0
, Nothing found

????

er.... help?

Re: No TV Signal

err, this might sound strange, but I think I just read somewhere on this site that a guy with similar problems got it working by activating windows? have you activated?

Also... And more logical, What drivers are you using? make sure they're the latest Vista drivers from Dvico, I'm using the Fusion Dual v1 and it's working great with Vista using the latest drivers. (theres a link to them here somewhere...)
