Unhappy Avermedia DVB-T USAB2.0 MCE Issue, MCE 2005 does not scan channels

Hi there,

I am using the latest BDA drivers from Avermedia for the Avermedia AVERTV DVB-T USB2.0 box. According to Microsoft this is a MCE approved digital tuner. I can view all the channels using the AverTV software but MCE 2005 is not picking up anything when it scans for services.
I have heard things about registry tweaks to do with 7Mz bandwith, etc. But I dunno where to change this. I have also tried the MCE Reset utility but it didn't do anything.

Has anyone else had this problem and how do you rectify this?

Cheers

Neo

Neoboy,

Welcome to the forum...

Check out the following thread... Avermedia SBS Problem Now Fixed

With the bandwidth hack described there and a patched psisdecd.dll file (http://www.xpmediacentre.com.au/comm...hp?do=cat&id=7) you should be right...

Let us know how you go...

frenzz.
