PROBLEMS with VideoMate s350/s300 Digital Satellite TV Tuner and Capture Card

Just installed a VideoMate s350/s300 Digital Satellite TV Tuner and Capture Card on my PC running Vista Ultimate 32 bit. The Compro DTV program keeps crashing/freezing.

Have a coaxial cable attached to the card via F connector from output of Manhattan ST 350satellite receiver.

Seems to be conflict between Vista and the program - even though I have downloaded the latest drivers.

Any help appreciated.
