New divico dual express has crap reception advice and other advice wanted please

Hi I have a abit nf4 mobo with a 8600gt graphics nad a 4200amd chip I did have 2 x compro dvb-t200a's pci cards installed and had reasonable reception except for channel 10 that played up mostly during bad weather.
Any way in order to solve that problem I tried grabbing insulated cables (note I have 1 cable that goes to a double splitter amplified box one cable goes to the tv the other is split into 2 again then to both cards) not much difference. Then I grabbed a new aerial and put it on the roof( dont ask me why but the old aerial was in the roof space) and still no real improvement.

In the end I gabbed a divico fusion dual express card as I thought a different tuner may help and I wanted to use the pcie slot and hopefully keep one of the compro cards and have 3 tuners, or at least better reception for 2.

well after some drama the reception is worse on all stations with the new divico tuner, channel change is better though
is it worth trying out compro's 700e or should I go for divico's dual 4 or just give up and go back to the 2 compro 200a's and give up on the idea of 3 tuners or try one of these aerial guys and get them to line up and install a better aerial

You may need two antennas, with one aimed directly for ch 10. Also an amplifier may help.
