how do i access live broadcast from winfast

hi every one
i have just set up my old pc as a htpc (ill give specs soon)
in a nutshell i have winfast pvr2 running from leadtek 2000h card
i get the digital channels fine and the foxtel channel which i s on iq box in lounge running through coax pic qual is ok at moment on small tv
my first question is how do i access the live bropadcast after i have pushed the button on the winfast console
i give me an ip address which i then typed in but get a reply saying site not found
the other question is can i change foxtel channels on the pc or do i need to goto the lounge everytime i want to change
