Dual Express Dramas - MCE 2005

Just upgraded Avermedia Hybrid A16D to Dvico Dual Express DVB-T. Everyhting installed cleanly and correctly (inlcuding driver). When going through TV setup, it recognises the card as a "set top box"??? With my old avermedia it would recognise digital card and then take me to the setup guide listings screen. With the dual it asks me if I want to scan a)channels, b) s-video c)composite or d) no tv signal present. The card works fine under the proprietary software. I have tried a number of times to reinstall/uninstall driver and software. Any number of different combination still leaves me with MCE recognising the card as a "set top box". Any ideas folks?
