Thumbs up Digital Now PCI-Express S2 Dual Tuner – can there really be any other option?

Digital Now PCI-Express S2 Dual Tuner – can there really be any other option?

We have battled with DVICO dual and USB tuners over the last 2 years, slow channel changing, stuttering, blue screens, missed recording. Our set top boxes work ok but the media centre has always been hit and miss and never used for Live TV. We live in a fringe area outside of the Melbourne and Bendigo digital coverage. As a radio engineer there was nothing more I could do with the antennas so it was time to try a new tuner. I had read the reviews but nothing was conclusive but I went into this enhancement with no expectations.

Well I can confirm that the Digital Now card was delivered within 18 hours. Installed first time, tuned first time and has worked perfectly on all channels since the weekend. We can now watch and record with ease and all of my previous problems have disappeared.

NB our installation is stock standard. We only use the digital antenna socket and have only installed the drivers required by Media Centre. As yet I have not bothered with the radio as I understand that a registry hack is needed to implement this addition.

So for pure no hassle Digital TV this is the answer. Well done Renura Enterprises Pty Ltd.
