I can't say for sure, but the Thanks button is a custom add on & I think that when Mike is working on the site, it can sometimes disappear for a short while.

Mike may want to look at this, when originally introduced the button was not in the Pub but I'm pretty sure it did get added soon after. Struggling to recall ..... too many drinks ......... brain fade .......

The "thanks" button has never been activated in the pub - it's intended purpose is to enable members to extend their appreciation to others for providing assistance with technical problems and thankfully we don't do much of that in the pub.

No need to apologise Justin, neither of us have done anything wrong.
There are a number of forums in which the thank you button has not been available since it was introduced, the pub is only one of them.
If it ever did appear in the pub then it would have been for a short period of time, would have been unintentional and only following a script upgrade when in some cases the settings get wiped.

It appeared back in Feb as I was thanked for something I posted in the pub.
